At only a mile and a half off the A30 Resparva is easily accessible from 'up-country' and is in a great location for accessing the entire region. Numerous beaches, gardens, towns, countryside and attractions are all within easy driving distance. Resparva is a 30 minute walk to the village of Summercourt with its corner shop, post office and pub.

Thirty minutes walk west brings one to the local strawberry and soft fruit farm in Mitchell whilst south is a Duchy of Cornwall wood.
