Capacity and general

Sleeps 2/4.
Friday to Friday bookings.
Arrival time 3pm.
Departure time 10am.
Short winter breaks available; please enquire for details.
No pets allowed.
No smoking in the property.


Linen

All linen and towels supplied according to number of people.
All towels to remain on the property. (Please bring your own beach towels)
Linen changed weekly.


Heating

Solid fuel stove in living room and night storage heating in kitchen and bedroom. Also convection heaters in bedroom and shower room.
Coal and wood refills available at £2/per time.
Electricity included in rent.


Property facilities

Kitchen: Electric cooker (4 plates, grill and oven), microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron+ironing board.
Living Room: colour TV, video player, direct access to garden.
Garden: Private garden, barbeque and picnic bench, private parking.
Available on request: cot and high-chair, baby-sitting service


Building style

Parlour interior: Exposed beams and country style render throughout.
Parlour exterior: natural local stone and granite.
Garden: walled expanse of lush grass with well kept small flower bed directly accessible from the living room and by the side of the cottage.
